HAVING A ROMANTIC TIME WITH THE HOLY GHOST
When you love someone, you are affectionate towards that person, and you always want to be with him/her; this is the norm with human relationships. However, though many Christians profess to love God, many do not make the effort to show God their affection by spending time with Him.
When we pray, we stand face-to-face with the Father and we get the benefit of Him breathing on us...romantic...see? Though prayer does not build our faith, prayer sustains our faith. This means that we can't walk in faith without prayer. Christians are to be proactive and not reactive.
When we spend quality time with God in prayer, we hear directly from Him through the Holy Spirit and become very sensitive to Him, thereby having our lives fully dependent on God.
