SANCTIFICATION AND FORGIVENESS - PART 2
Whenever you hear the word salvation, three things should come to mind: it was called justification in the past, sanctification in the present and glorification in the future.
You receive a penalty from sin when you are saved; this is where you have perfect standing.
Sanctification means being set apart (Hagiasmos) which means to set apart as holy and consecrated.
This is a daily process that frees us from the power and dominion of sin and no man can give you this.
In this place, satan can get to you by questioning your sanctification but he doesn’t know that whoever has been justified, has also been glorified (Romans 8:30).
