HOLINESS IS A POSITION; THE BELIEVER’S NATURE - CULLED FROM UNDERSTANDING THE SUBJECT OF HOLINESS

All believers in Christ have three tenses of salvation. That which happened in the past is Redemption of the spirit, in the present is living a life of continuous sanctification of the soul, and in the future is Glorification of the body i.e., the body being rid of mortality and corruption. After Redemption, the born-again receives positional sanctification of the spirit. Our position in Christ, makes us sanctified. Note that, until you are sanctified, you can't be Holy. Sanctification is a subset of Holiness and God chooses us unto Holiness because of our Faith in Christ. For this reason, we are Sanctified. Glory!
