The priests were made to carry the ark of the covenant because only the priests had the spiritual authority to carry the ark. The ark represents Christ, did you know this?
If so, then in our dispensation, we are a kingdom of priests unto God (Revelation 5:10) and therefore carry Christ in us!

God told Joshua to be strong and courageous but Joshua had course to waver.
His Spiritual mentor, Moses, had was not able to lead the people of Israel to the promised land and as a result they spent 40 years in the desert.
But God encouraged him. In this instance, being strong and courageous in the assurance of God was faith.

It’s a gift that is beyond human intellect and is given by The Holy Ghost.
When you speak in tongues, no human being understands unless they have the gift of interpretation of tongues, or it is the earthly tongue of one who is present in the meeting.
Just as it happened in the Book of Acts in the upper room experience.
